with the agreement between CHARLES H. SHAFFER and CAROLE L. NEWTON
that this Court shall not determine reasonable amounts of child
support to be paid by CHARLES H. SHAFFER, and it be, and is hereby
further ordered that jurisdiction of this action and of the
parties is hereby expressly retained to determine and decide all
issues relating to amounts of child support to be paid upon CHARLES
H. SHAFFER becoming employed or otherwise able to pay child support,
and jurisdiction is further retained to enter such other orders.
5. That CHARLES H. SHAFFER, be, and is hereby ordered
permanently enjoined from removing the minor children, SHANE HOLLIS
SHAFFER and CHARLES DALE SAAFFER, from the State of Florida without
the prior written consent of CAROLE L. NEWTON.
DONE AND ORDERED this day of December, 1979, at
Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
