PATRICIA MARIE ROGERS, Wife
FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 4th day of December,
1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
.evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: .

1. The marriage between ARTHUR A. ROGERS, JR. and
I
PATRICIA MARIE ROGERS be and the same is hereby dissolved and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
2. Custody of DAWN MARIE ROGERS, SHERI LYNN ROGERS
and JEANNETTE DECEMBER ROGERS, minor children of the parties, is
hereby awarded to PATRICIA MARIE ROGERS with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to ARTHUR A. ROGERS, JR.
3. Commencing Tuesday, December 4, 1979 ARTHUR A.
ROGERS, JR. shall pay to PATRICIA MARIE ROGERS the sum of $75 each
and every week for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of
this Court and by him remitted promptly to PATRICIA MARIE ROGERS.
