WATTS, DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE Husband. ) 'this cause came on for trial the 4th day of December, 19 79, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the ' parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marr?Age between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them ana from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of SCOTT A. WATTS, born December S, 1973, .and. VALERIE M. WATTS, born November 1976, minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to petitioner, VALERIE K. WATTS with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent, WILLIAM A. WATTS. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 7th day of December 19 79 WILLIAM A. WATTS shall pay to VALERIE K. WATTS the sum of ~ 60.00 per week for the support of the - child(ren) named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court b i-weekly and by him remitted promptly to VALERIE K. WATTS.
