and the Court having given full consideration to a13 the evidence, i
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of tl~e parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife

now exists between the parties; and ti~at tl~e marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is tlierupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaas:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRAIGE: The marriage between LINDA MORGAN, wife
and BRUCE MORGAN, i~usband be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of ~
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
tl~eref rom.
2. CUSTODY Custody of BRUCE A. MORON, minor child of the parties, f
is i~ereby awarded to LINDA MORGAN Petitioner/ Wife with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to BRUCE ~*URGAN Respondent/ Husband.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the ~ day of / , 1979 BRUCE
MDRGAN shall pay to_ LINDA MORGAN the sum of $ ? ~ ~ each and
every week for the support of tl~e child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to LINDA 1!~RGAN. In addition there is hereby
Q" assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to eacl~
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
order or oasl~iers check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of ti~eir mailing and residence addresses at
