This cause came on for trial the 4th day of December,
19 79 , and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the above named persons
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of JAMIE DANEEN PUCKETT, born July 15, 1978,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent, MERRI LYNN
PUCKETT with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent,
JAMES W. PUCKETT, JR.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 1st day of January 1980 ,
JAMES w'. PUCKETT, JR, shall pay to MERRI LYNN PUCKETT
the sum of x100.00 , PeT month ,for the support of the
child(ren) named above. Petitioner shall be responsible for paying all
the minor child's medical bills.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of-this Court and by him
remitted promptly to MERRI LYNN PLiCKETT.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of =2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
