money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
ties while this order is in effect.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
5. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to be divided.
