Respondent. )
This cause came on for trial the 4th day of December
19 79 , and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the ~ ,
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the above named persons
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of -them are hereby
{
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of JULIA A. HORNSBY, born September 11, 1978,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to petitioner, POLLY ELLEN
HORNSBY with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent,
WALTER R. HORNSBY, JR.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 7th day of December 1979 ~ i
WALTER R. HORNSBY, JR. shall pay to POLLY ELLEN_HORNSBY the sum of
$30.00 per week for the support of the child named above. The Respondent
is hereby responsible for all medical and dental bills over and above
X25.00 peg visit .
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him ~
remitted promptly to pOLLY ELLEN HORNSBY.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of 62.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
