FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for final hearing on the 4th day of
December, 1979, and the Court having considered the Petition, the
Answer, the written Separation And Property Settlement Agreement
between the parties hereto, executed and acknowledged by them which
was introduced into evidence and the Court having heard the testi-
mony of the Wife and other witnesses, and the Court having given
full consideration to all of the evidence, and the Court having
received into evidence a letter to the Wife's attorney from the
Husband's attorney, and being otherwise fully advised in the pre-
mises, finds and determines that this Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relationship
of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved; that notice of the Final Hearing was given to the
Husband and his attorney; that the Husband and Wife are both re-
presented by counsel; that the Wife is a fit and proper person to
have custody of the minor child of the parties; and the Court
further finding that the Wife, ANITA B. ZORN, possesses a special
equity in the interest of the Husband in the real property owned
by the Husband and Wife as tenants by the entirety, and it is,
upon consideration thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage. between
