.WILLIAM H. ZORN and ANITA B, ZOR,V, be, and the same is hereby
dissolved a vinculo and the parties, and each of them, are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CHILD CUSTODY; That the permanent care, custody
and control of the minor child of the parties hereto, to-wit:
JENNY R. ZORy, a daughter, age six (6) years, be, and is hereby
granted to the Wife, ANITA B. ZORN, and the Husband, WILLIAM H.
ZORN, is hereby granted reasonable visitation rights witch said
minor child.
3. SEPARATION AGREEME:iT: That the Separation Agreement
heretofore entered into between the parties to this cause on the
30th day of October, A.D, 1979, settling and adjusting forever all
rights of child custody, child support and maintenance, alimony,
property rights, and all other rights arising out of the marriage
relationship of the parties, marked herein in evidence as EXHIBIT
"A", be, and it is hereby approved, confirmed and ratified, and in-

corporated into and made a part of this Final Judgment Dissolution
f
of Marriage, and each of the parties to this cause is hereby
ordered to fully comply with each and every provision, term and
condition thereof.
4. RESTRAINING ORDER: That the Husband, WILLIAM H. ZORN,

and the [life, AVITA B. ZOR'~, are hereby enjoined and restrained from
abusing, assaulting, battering, molesting or~otherwise annoying one
another. The parties are ordered not to go to the business offices
of the other and not to enter upon the premises of the residence
of the other except to exercise visitation rights as set forth in
the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement and the Sheriff
of Saint Lucie County and his authorized deputies, be, and are
hereby ordered to enforce this Restraining Order without further
order of this Court and to take the offending party into custody and
to incarcerate said offending party, and then to bring said offending
party before this Court without unreasonable delay.
