PAYMENT OF CHILD SUPPORT AND ALIMONY: Payment of child support required to be made by the Husband in the Separa- tion And Property Settlement Agreement shall be made by the Husband making said payments to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Saint Lucie county, Florida, and the Husband shall pay in addition to said payments of child support, the sum of $2.00 as the statutory fee with each payment to the Clerk. The Husband shall pay said sums to the Clerk by cash, money order, certified check or cashiers check. Upon receiving and administering the payments, the Clerk shall forthwith transmit said payments to the Wife at her address of 2902 Hugo Road Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, or at such other address as the Wife may provide to the Clerk. Both the Husband and Wife are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court-advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times. 6. ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS OF SUIT: That the Court determines the sum of $400.00, to be reasonable attorneys fees for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and the Husband, WILLIAM H. ZORN, within the time period set•forth in EXHIBIT A, is ordered f - f to pay one-half of the said attorneys fees to the Wife's attorney, BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Esquire, said sum together with Court and office costs herein of $ 67.00 and the Wife shall be re- .sponsible for paying the other one-half of said attorney fees and costs. The Husband shall pay the foregoing by cash, money order, certified check or cashiers check directly to said attorney at his office at 300 South Sixth Street, First National Bank Building, Suite 200, ; Fort Pierce, Florida, during the business hours of said attorney's office, or by the Husband mailing said money to said attorney at his mailing address of Post Office Box 4392, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450. 7. RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: That this Court hereby retains jurisdiction of the above styled cause and of each of the x parties hereto for the purpose of entering such further orders, judgments, process or other instruments deemed necessary and proper an~~
