to fully and continually enforce this Final Judgment Dissolution
Of Marriage and the provisions, terms and conditions of said
Separation And Property Settlement Agreement which is made a
part of this Judgment.

8. The Wife, ANITA B. ZORN, be, and is hereby ordered
awarded as a special equity all of right, title and interest of
the Husband, WILLIAM H. ZORN in the real property owned by the
parties as tenants by the entirety. Said real property being
described as:
Lot 11, Block 83, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION
TWENTY-SEVEN, according to the Plat there-
of as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 5 and
5A thru 5I of the Public Records of Saint
Lucie County, Florida.
It is hereby further ordered that this Judgment shall act as a
conveyance of all of the right, title and interest of the Husband,
WILLIAM H. ZORN, in and to said real property tb ANITA B. ZORN.
9. That except as otherwise provided therein or in
