DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

THIS CAUSE CAME on for trial on the.13'th day of 1979
and the Court having given full consideration to all of the
jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties should be
dissolved. It is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between VIRGIL MCNEIL and DARLENE MCNEIL,
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto-
fore existing between them.
2. Child Custody. The care, custody and control of the
minor child of the parties, NEKILL MCNEIL, is granted to the
Respondent-Wife subject to the Petitioner's right of liberal but
reasonable visitation privileges, to be exercised at such time
and under such circumstances as will serve the best interests of
the child primarily bearing in mind her age, maturity, desires,
education and general welfare; and the secondary consideration
tAwOFFKESOF shall be convenience and desires of the parties.
