PETITION FOR AMENDED ORDER OF
SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION ~ p
The undersigned petitioners allege as follows:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as
the named beneficiaries in the decedent's Last Kill and Testament
which was admitted to record in this County on October 6, 1978.
2. On said date, this Court entered an Order of Summary
Administration distributing the assets listed in the Petition
for Summary Administration to your Petitioners, which. assets
consisted of two parcels of real property described as follows: -
Lots 34 $ 3S, Block 15, PORT ST. L[1CIE SECTION
25, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof
in Plat Book 13, Page 32, Public Records-of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Said Petitioner and the Order of Summary Administration
entered in connection therewith, mistakenly omitted two additional
parcels of real property which were owned by the decedent being
the property described as follows:
Lots 1 $ 2, Block 1605, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION,
Section 1Z, a subdivision according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book S,-Page 1, of the
Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, which
lots have a value of S15o6.44 Lo-r ~ / .

4. Said lots where mistakenly omitted from the original
petition dee to the fact that your Petitioners only thought .
that the parcels located in St. Lucie County had to be subject
of the Summary Administration and as such only those lots were
provided to the Attorney for the Petitioners to be included in the `
procedings. Since that time, the Petitioners have found that all
lots shenld have been included.
