State of Florida, have now been bean ~sade subject to the
Petition for Summary Adainistration.
6. The Estate remains unindebted to any creditors of
the decedent in this State.
7. It is proposed that the re~eaining parcels of real
property as described above be distributed or disposed of as '
follows:
Frank Stears 8905 E. 57th St. Undivided ~
Rayto~+n, MO 64133 interest
Mary Ruth Stears 8905 E. 57th St. Undivided ~
Raytown, MO 64233 interest
8. All other allegations contained in the original
Petition for Sus~ary Ad~ainistration unless modified herein
reeain true and correct to the best of your Petitioners
knowledge and belief.
MTHEREFORE the undersigned Petitioners request that this
Court enter-~Mended Order of Summary Adwinistration and for
such other relieve as the Court dee's just and proper.
