AMENDED ORDER -OF
SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the Petition of Frank Stears and Mary Ruth Stears, for
an Amended Order for Summary Administration in the above estate,
and the Court having considered same and being otherwised fully
advised in the premises it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the prior findings in the Order of Summary
Administration entered by this Court, on October 6, 1978 which
are not contrary to the findings herein are ratified and confirmed.
2. That there be immediate distribution of the following
assets of the decedent as follows:
To Frank Stears, 8905 E. 57th Street,
Raytown, MO 64133; undivided ~ interest
in Lots 1 & 2, Block 1605, PORT CHARLOTTE
j SUBDIVISION, Section 12, a subdivision
f according to the plat thereof as recorded
~ in Plat Book 5, Page 1 of the Public Records
of Charlotte County, Florida.
To Mary Ruth Stears, 8905 E. 57th Street,
Raytown, MO 64133; undivided ~ interest
in Lots 1 ~ 2, Block 1605, PORT CHARLOTTE
SUBDIVISION, Section 12, a subdivision
according to .the -plat therof as recorded
in Plat Book 5, Page 1, of the Public Records
of Charlotte. County, Florida.
3. That those persons to whom specified parts of the
decedent's estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled
to receive and collect the same and maintain actions to enforce
the right.
