PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF CURATOR
The undersigned, ROSETTA MILLER, as Curator of the above
Estate, alleges:

1. The decedent, ALBERTA ALEXANDER, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on December 2, 1978, and an Order appointing the
Petitioner as Curator was entered on or about December 21, 1978.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting containing a
.complete report of all receipts and disbursements since her date of
appointment as Curator.
3. Petitioner has faithfully performed her duties as Curator ~
according to law and is entitled to reasonable compensation for her
services as Curator.
4. Petitioner alleges that there are two Petitions for the {
administration of-this Estate pending before this Court and that the
need for this Curatorship will terminate upon the appointment of a
personal representative.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered
authorizing her to surrender and distribute the assets of the Estate
to the personal representative to be appointed by this Court and that
upon her filing a receipt therefor or other evidence that disbursement
has been made, an Order be entered approving her accounting, releasing
the surety on the bond which Petitioner has posted in this proceeding
from any further liability on it, awarding Petitioner a reasonable fee
for her services as Curator, and discharging her as Curator of this
Estate.
