7. Petitioner would further allege that the decedent, ALBERTA
ALEXANDER, was the only child of Nettie Jackson Brown, deceased; that ~
the father of ALBERTA ALEXANDER was unknown at the time of her birth
and that to the best of Petitioner's knowledge and belief, has-never
been established; and it is, therefore, not possible for the decedent

to have been survived by any nieces and/or nephews.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that this Court enter an Order
determining the beneficiaries of this Estate, indicating the share or
amount each is entitled to receive.
