The Petitioner, ROSETTA MILLER, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as a cousin
of the decedent and as a residual beneficiary to the extent of 1/4 of
1/3 share. Petitioner's name and address are:

2. Decedent, ALBERTA ALEXANDER, whose last known address was "
1109 Avenue G, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose age was 75 years, and whose
Social Security Number is not known, died on December 2, 1978, at Fort
Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of
any who are minors, are:
