decedent was a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. ROSETTA MILLER, whose address is set forth above, and who
is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as
personal representative of decedent's Estate is entitled to preference
in appointment as personal representative because she has been selected
by a majority in interest of those persons otherwise qualified to act.
