The Petitioner, ALBERTA MARY JAHN, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
sole beneficiary and Personal Representative. Petitioner's name and address
is: ALBERTA MARY JAHN, 1413 San Savina Terrace, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452,
and the name and address of Petitioner's attorney are as set forth at the end
of this Petition.
2. Decedent, FRED GEORGE JAHN, whose last known address
was, 1413 San Savina Terrace, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, and whose age
was 51 years, and whose Social Security Number is: 149-07-7403, died on
July 9, 1979, at St. Francis Hospital, Orange~County, Port Jervis, New Jersey,
j and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of

this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of any
who are minors, are:

the State of Florida to serve as Personal Representative of the decedent's
estate is entitled to preference in appointment as Personal Representative be-
cause she was so designated in the Last Wi11 and Testament of the Decedent.
