cil of Decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the Decedent's Gast Will, dated
May 24, 1967, is in the possession of the Court or accompanies this Petition.
Petitioner requests that the Decedent's Will be admitted 1
to probate and that ALBERTA MARY JAHN be appointed Personal Representative of '
the Florida estate of the Decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge and
belief.
