ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF L~~~Ej
This cause, having come on to be heard before me,
on October 26, 1979, upon the Wife's Motion for Temporary
Relief, and this Court having heard those matters presented
to it, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND~ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife, DIANE LEWIS, shall have the
temporary care, custody and control of the minor child of
the parties DAVID ALLEN LEWIS, with reasonable visitation
reserved to the Husband, WILLIAM EDWARD LEWIS.
2. That the Husband, WILLIAM EDWARD LEWIS, shall
pay to the Wife, DIANE LEWIS, as child support for the minor
child referred to above, the sum of $35.00 each and every week,
commencing this date. Payments shall be made by the Husband to
the Clerk of this court and by him remitted to the Wife at her
last designated address. In addition thereto, there is hereby
assessed, a statutory clerk's fee in the amount of $2.00 for
each payment received by the Clerk for his services. Payments
shall be made by cash, cashier's check, or money order.
3. The payments ordered above shall be in addition to
those payments previously ordered for the care and support of
WILLIAM EDWARD LEWIS, II.
