ALLAN E. ROKAW, Husband,
and
IRENE ROKAW, Wife.
ORDER OF CONTEMPT
This cause was heard on this day upon the Motion for
Sentencing/Motion for Contempt previously filed herein by the
Wife, IREtJE HUEBNER, formerly IRENE ROKAW, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
Ordered that the Husband, ALLAN E. ROKAW, having previously
been found to be in contempt by order of Court dated October 16,
1979, therefore the Husband as punishment for contempt as found
in said order is hereby sentenced to serve 30 days in the St.
Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing December 10,
1979;
Provided, however, he may purge himself (either before or
after incarceration) and be released by paying $375.00 commencing
December 10, 1979, said payments being paid pursuant to the
Amended Final Judgment entered in this cause, and continuing on
the 10th day of each month thereafter until the total amount speci-
fied in the Amended Final Judgment has-been paid in full;- and
further, ALLAN E. ROKAW is found to be in arrears in the sum of
$1,125.00 (payments of $375.00 per month for the months of August,
September and October, 1979), which $1,125.00 shall be paid to
the Wife at the time the marital home o the parties is sold.

ORDERED that ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE
OF FLORIDA take into custody1the said ALLAN E. ROKAW on the said
date and deliver him to the Sheriff of'~'St. Lucie County, Florida,
for the execution of the above described judgment and sentencing.
