MEYER, Parties of the second part; s wife WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed a certain promissory note dated April 13, 1979 , whereby they promised to pay to the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party • of the first part, on order the sum_ Of One Hundred Forty Thousand and No/100-------- ($140,000.00) the first payment coming due November 1, 1973 Interest at 10.25$ WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the following described premises, to-wit: Lot 8 of CANOE CREEK SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, page 9 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and also that parcel described as follows to-wit: Beginning at the NE corner of Canoe Creek as recorded in Plat Book 18, page 9 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, thence run N 890 50' S6" E, to the East line of Lot 64, of WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 23 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, thence meander in a Southerly direction along the said East line of Lot 64, to a point 144.00 feet South of the Point o$, Beginning; thence run South 89° 50' S6" West, to thegast line of said Canoe Creek; thence run N 00° 09' 38" West along the said East line of Canoe Creek 144.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; being subject to a 10 foot drainage easement as recorded in O. R. Book 273, page 2257 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Mortgage recorded April 16, 1979 in O. R. Book 306 pages 2607, 2608, 2609, 2610 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. k t: AND WHEREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holder of said note and mortgage and-the said parties of the second part are now the owners of the said mortgaged premises, NOW THEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assign hereby mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid balance of $140,000.00 due on said note be, and the same is hereby extended to be paid in the following manner: Monthly installments to begin on May 1, 1980 aonK32i PAGE~~
