'It being expressly miderstood and agree' that the said Mortgage shall remain
in full force and effect in all respect and that nothing herein shall effect
or impair any rights and powers which ti~~ said party of the first part may
have thereunder for the recovery of the said Mortgage Debt with interest in
the case of non-fulfillment of this agreement.
