I for eviction and the Court hearing evidence from the plaintiff

Defendant having failed to produce testimony and the court being
fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff, CHARLFNE
FDFN, do have and recover possession and entry of the herein
described premises more fully described and incorporated herewith
and marked Exhibit A, said premises known as 8609.gouth Indian
River Drive, Fort pierce, paint Lucie County, Florida, together
with all improvements and fixtures thereon which property being
more fully described iti Exhibit A attached herewith;
IT IS FURTHF'R ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit
court be and is hereby directed to issue a WRIT OF POSSESSION
to the gheriff describing the premises and commanding him to
put the plaintiff-Landlord in possession 36 hours from the date
and time of this Order;
IT IS FURTHER ORD~'RED that the nefendants are
restrained and prevented from carrying away, damaging, molesting
and removing any property of the plaintiff now located in the
herein described premises of the plaintiff.
IT IS FURTHER nRDFRFD that the Court reserves '
jurisdiction to assess costs which costs are awarded in favor
of the plaintiff, the amount thereof to be determined at a
