All of the following described real property lying east of the
Florida East Coast Railroad right of way commencing:
At the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of Section 19, Twp. 36 South, Rge.
41 East, and run:S on the E line~of said NW 1/4 of said Section,
Twp. and Range ~1 chains and 42 links for a point of beginning;
run N 188 1/2 feet along the E line of said NW 1/4 of said Sect.,
Twp., and Range; thence run W to the Savannah in said NW 1/4 of
said Section; thence Southerly along the Easterly edge of said
Savannah to apoint W o£ ~;;epoint of beginning; thence E to the
Point of beginning together with riparian rights to the above
described property.
ALSO
All of the following described real property lying east of the
Florida East Coast Railroad right of way commencing:
At the NW corner of Lot 1 in Section 19, Township 36 South, Range
41 East, run South 11 chains 42 links along the West line of
said Lot for a poin~ of beginning; beg. at said point run N along
the Western line of said L•ot 188 1/2 feet; thence run E to the
Indian River; thence run Southeasterly along the Indian River to
a point E of the point of beginning; thence W to the point of
beginning.
EXCEPTING FROM THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY that certain parcel
conveyed by Benjamin F. Reynolds, Jr., to Benjamin F. Reynolds,
Jr. and Grace O'D. Reynolds, his wife, by deed dated August 1
1958, and recorded in Deed Book 239, page 548 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

described as follows:
Beginning at a monument at the intersection of the Northeast corne
of Benjamin F. Reynolds, Jr. property (as described in Deed Book .
90,~at page 507) and the West right of way of South Indian River
Drive, run West 133.10' to a 1/2" pipe, which is the Pointof Begin
Wing; thence West 200.00' to a 1/2" pipe, thence South 65.0' to
a 1/2 pipe, thence South 75°13'40" East, 122.09 feet to a 1/2"
pipe, thence North 71°08=45" East 100.00 feet to a 1/2' pipe, then e
north 11°18'20" West 65.0 feet to Point of Beginning.
