O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing on•the 23rd day of October,
1979, and the Court having heard testimony, finds as follows:
1. That the November 28, 1977 order entered by Judge C.
Pfeiffer Trowbridge, has a past due alimony arrearage as of October 26,
1976 in the amount of $21,141..00, which has been reduced by payment
to $17,443.00. The arrearage under said order as of June 30th, 1977
was $21,443.00.
2. On August 12, 1977, Judge Philip Nourse entered an Order
stating that Respondent, HENRY EDWARD BRUNHOFF, had the present ability
to pay said alimony arrearage. This Court, through the testimony of
the witnesses, hereby modifies the alimony due by the Respondent,
HENRY EDWARD BRUNHOFF, to $250.00 per month from June 1, 1977 through
date of death of the wife. THEREFORE, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband owes to the Estate of MARTHA
P. BRUNHOFF for alimony arrearage, the amount of $27,443.00, plus
attorneys' fees in the amount of $5,200.00, plus court costs in the
amount of $324.50, making~a total due of $32,967.50, for which let
execution issue.
DONE AND ORDERED at Vero Beach, Florida, is 4th day of December,
19 79 . .
