THIS CAUSE was heard on Petitioner's Motion for Enforcement
and the Court having determined that this is a proper hatter for
granting an order to show cause why the Respondent, GERALD WAYNE
KNIGHT, should not be held in contempt of court and it is
ADJUDGED that the Respondent is ordered to appear before
the Honorable William G. Tye, Acting Circuit Judge, in the St. Lucie
County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, on the 19th day of
December 1979, at 2:00 P. M. and show cause at that
time, if any, why he has failed to comply with the Judgment entered
in this Court on February 1, 1979, by failing to pay child support,
by allowing-the life insurance policy or policies ordered by this
Court to lapse, and for failing to pay attorney's fees in the amount
of 551.43, and by your failure to pay medical expenses for an injury
to one of your children, and wh}~ you should not be held in contempt
of this Court for your failure to do so.
