Motion to Set Aside a Default, the court having heard argument of
counsel and having heard the Wife's counsel state that he had no
objection to setting aside the default and the court being duly
advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the default is hereby set aside,
and that the Notice of Appearance tendered to the Clerk on November
13th, 1979, is hereby directed to be filed in this cause.
