WARRAt7TY DEED
TIiIS INDENTURE, made this 21st day ofilovember, , 1979
between BRIAN T. CORNIER and JEAt1NETTE R. CORNIER, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entirety, of Winston Salem, North ~
Carolina, parties of the first part, and PAUL S. GALASKA, of
90 Industrial Lane, Agawam, Massachusetts, party of the second
part.
WITNESSETH:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD At7D VALUABLE CONSIDERA-
TION to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bar-
gained and sold to the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever, the following described land situate,
lying and being in the~City of Port St. Lucie, County of St.
Lucie, and State of Florida, to wit:
Lot 11 Block 1337 of PORT ST. LUCI1; SECTIOty 11, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
_ Plat Book 12, Page S1, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT to conditions, restrictions, reservations, liriitations '
