WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 21st day of November. 1979, between
BRIAN T. CORNIER, of Winston Salem, North Carolina, party of
the first part, and PAUL S. GALASKA, of 90 Industrial Lane, Agawam,
Massachusetts, party of the second part.
