ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT
After due notice by or to all parties effected on
November 30, 1979, a hearing was held before the Court upon the
Wife's Motion for Order of Contempt. From the evidence pre-
: sented to the Court, it is the Court's finding that the Husband,
CHARLES F. WILLIS, has wilfully failed and refused to pay child
support as required by the Final Judgment of this Court entered
on September 9, 1977, and is, as of this date, in arrears of
$780.00. Additionally, the Husband has failed and refused to
pay child support payments through the Clerk of the Court as
required by the Final Judgment, and he has further failed to
pay medical expenses incurred by the Wife, BARBARA P. WILLIS,
for the minor children. Accordingly, it is
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure to abide by the -
terms and conditions of the Final Judgment Dissolution of
Marriage, the Husband, CHARLES F. WILLIS, is in contempt of
this Court and is sentenced to serve sixty days in the County
Jail. The Husband may purge himself of this contempt by here-
after paying the arrearage of $780.00, plus $12.00 court costs,
at the rate of $5.00 per week, commencing December 7, 1979.
These payments shall be in addition to the regular $40.00 per
week child support payment, making the total payment $45.00
per week, plus the Clerk's statutory fee of ~„0~ When the
arrearage has been paid in full, the weekly payments shall be -
reduced to $40.00 per week. Additionally, the Husband shall
reimburse the Wife the sum of $35.00 w'nich she has paid for
