Personal Representative of the Estate of Edith A. Eaton,
deceased, a national bankinb association, the holder of the
mortgage executed by Albert J. Pankraz and Shiela Pankraz, his
wife, to George O. Eaton and Edith A. Eaton, his wife, dated
16 August 1973, and recorded in Official Records Book 217,
page 1845, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida in con-
sideration of the sum of ONE AND NO/Z00 ($1,00) DOLLAR
received from FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF STUAR ,
as Trustee of the Edith A. Eaton Trust, hereby, on this 1
-day of ~ 1979, assigns that mortgage and the note
and debt described therein to FIRST PATIONAL BANK AND TRUST
COMPANY OF STUART, as Trustee of the Edith A. Eaton Trust.
