Trustee of the Edith A. Eaton Trust, a national banking
association, the holder of the mortgage executed by Albert J.
Pankraz and Shiela Pankraz, his wife, to George 0. Eaton and
Edith A. Eaton, his wife, date 16 August 173, and recorded
in Official Records Book 217, page 1845, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of the sum of
ONE AND NO/100 ($1.0 DOLLAR receive from DALE ANN GRIFFIN,
hereby, on this day of 1979, assigns an
undivided one-third (1/3).interest in and to that certain
mortgage and the note and debt described therein to DALE ANN
GRIFFIN..
