in plat book 5, page 58, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGORS
COVENANT AND AGREE THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGORS herein shall make within 15 days of the due
date the payments called for in the first mortgage now t
encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its
office or some other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE
herein.
(2) The MORTGAGORS herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEES
herein acknowledge in writing, the existence of this mortgage
~ and the amount still due thereon on as estoppel from provided -
always for this purpose by the MOETGAGEE. ~

(3) This is a money second mortgage.
(4) This is a corrective mortgage which has been recorded to correct
the error in the legal description of that certain mortgage deed
as recorded in O.R. Book 321, at page 520, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
