,AFFIDAVIT

COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before me, the undersig-;ed authority, personally
appeared ELLEN DOLAN CHERTIZA, f/k/a ELLEN DOLAN, who being
first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she and DANIEL J. DOLAN were the owners
of the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 19, Block S0, RIVER PARK
UNIT FIVE, according to the
plat thereof on file as
recorded in Plat Book 11,
Page 31, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That she and the said DANIEL J. DOLAN] were married
prior to February 17, 1970, and the said marriage
continued without interruption until November 10, 1971,
the date of his death.
Further affiant sayeth not.
