MILTON B ROCK, residing at 11 B riarf ie ld Drive, Great Neck,
New York, pang of the second part,
WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in c ons ideratf on of the
sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONS IDERATION to .him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second
party, his heirs and assign forever, all of his right, title, and interest in
the following descrnb~s~l land situate, lying and being in the City of Port
St. Lucie, County of St. Lurie, and State of Florida, to wit$:
