THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the motion of
Defendant SUN REALTY OF FT. PIERCE, INC. to dismiss the counter-
petition of Husband WESLEY J. HUNTER as to it. The Court
having considered the pleadings, arguments of counsel and
citations of law, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the .Counter Petition of Husband as to -
SUN REALTY OF FT. PIERCE, INC. is hereby dismissed and the
Husband is given 15 days from date hereof within to file an
amended claim. ~
