The undersigned subscribers to these Articles of
Incorporation, each a natural person competent to ~ ontract,
hereby associate themselves together to form a corporation
under the laws of the State of Florida.
ARTICLE I.
The name of this corporation is DORA BELLE GROVES, INC.

ARTICLE II.

The general nature of the business to be transacted by
this corporation is:
(a) To raise, produce, purchase, manufacture, and
otherwise acquire, to pack, box, treat, process, and otherwise
handle, and to sell, exchange, distribute, and otherwise dispose
of fruits, nuts, vegetables, and other food products, bulbs,
herbs, flowers, and other plant products, and to own, operate,
acquire, and otherwise conduct the business of importing,
exporting, and distributing any of the above products, at
li wholesale, retail or otherwise.

the laws of the State of Florida, upon corporations.

The maximum number of shares that this corporation is
authorized to have outstanding at any time is 2,000 shares of
common stock par value of which shall be $5.00 per share, which
shall be fully paid and non-assessable. The holders of each
share of common stock shall have one vote for each share owned.
