FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAnGE

This action came on for final hearing on ~-3, 1979
upon the petition for dissolution of marriage, and a default having
been regularly entered by the clerk of this court upon respondent's
failure to answer or otherwise plead, and constructive service having
been obtained by publication, the court, having heard the testimony
of ALROY ANTHONY QUETO, petitioner, and petitioner's witness, and
being fully advised, finds and determines: this court has jurisdic-
tion of the parties and the subject matter of this action; that the
relation of husband and-wife now exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIGE. The marriage between ALROY
j ANTHONY QUETO and CHRISTINE M. QUETO be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
~ from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. There is no personal or real property to be
divided between the parties.
