CERTAIN PROPERTY IN ST. LUClE COUNTY,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie Court
testimony and evidence presented, including but not limited to the stl

1. Pelican Pointe East Land Trust, presented a petition for a c

On June 21,2001, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning (:

publishing notice at least 10 days prior to the hearing and no1
owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property.
The proposed change in zoning has satisfied the requirerr
11.06.03 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code a
with the goals, objectives, and policies of the St. Lucie County
Plan.
The proposed change in zoning is consistent with the existin
use of property in the surrounding area.
