ORDER OF CONTEMPT
This cause came on before this Court on November 29,
1979 upon Motion for Contempt filed herein against the Husband
for his failure to pay attorney fees, and the Court having
heard testimony and being fully advised in the premises, it
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Court finds and determines that STANLEY
E. CZERNIAK has failed to comply with the terms and conditions
of paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment entered herein on July 20,

2. The Court finds and determines that STANLEY
E. CZERNIAK had the ability to make payments pursuant to para-
graph 5 of the Final Judgment.
3. The Husband, STANLEY E. CZERNIAK, is found
to be in wilful contempt of this Court for his failure to comply
with the terms of paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment.
4. That as punishment for said wilful contempt
STANLEY E. CZERNIAK is hereby sentenced to serve thirty days
in the St. Lucie County Jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida.
~ 5. That STANLEY E. CZERNIAK may purge himself
of such contempt by paying-to Errol S. Willes, Esquire, the sum
~ ~ of $40 on December 1, 1979 and $40 on the first day of each
