DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for trial the 5th day of December
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
if now exists between the arties• and that the

marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
ADRLA LEE KRUEGER and K~IPTON DEAN KRUEGER be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby

2. CUSTODY. Custody of REDINA LEE KRUEGER, minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to ADRIA LEE KRUEGER,
with reasonable visitation. rights reserved to KEMPTON DEAN KRUEGER,
as more specifically ennumerated in the agreement between the
parties.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 7th day of December, 1979,
KEMPTON DEAN KRUEGER shall pay to ADRIA LEE KRUEGER the sum of

~ $50.00 each and every week for the support of the child named
above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to ADRIA LEE KRUEGER. In addition
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
