IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF
THOMAS R. WORTHY, JR.,Husband,: '

' PATRICIA WORTHY, Wife.
STIPULATED MODIFICATION ORDER
THIS CAUSE. coming on to be heard before the Court upon the
stipulation of Husband and Wife through their respective counsel and,
based upon said stipulation, the Court finds as follows:
1. That a Final Judgment was entered in this cause on
May ?.6, 1976 awarding custody of the minor children, DEBORAH A.
WORTHY and THOMAS R. WORTHY, III, to the Wife, and support of the
minor childrenl in the sum of $50.00 per month, per child. That, ad-
ditionally, the Wife was granted possession of the marital home for
the duration of the minority.
2. That the Husband, subsequent to the divorce, has in-
creased earnings from his zmployment as a real estate salesman with
~I General Development Corporation and, based upon his current salary,
the Husband has agreed to an increase in support to the sum of $250.00
per month which is allocated $125.00 per child, per month.

3. That the parties own certain real property as tenants
in common with an agreed equity of $16,000.00, one-half of which is
$8,000.00, and the Husband does hereby agree to convey, by quitclaim
deed, his one-half undivided interest unto the Wife, a consideration
for which the Wife does hereby agree to release, discharge and forever
waive all future claims for modification or increased child support
against the Husband.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final
~ Judgment above-referenced be, and it is hereby, modified under para-

~ graph 3, entitled SUPPORT, as follows:
"Commencing on the 15th day of December, 1979,
THOMAS R. WORTHY, JR., shall pay PATRICIA WORTHY,
the sum of $125.00 per month, per child,. for the
support of the minor children named above, which
