sum shall be payable until the respective children
attain the age of~l8 or become emancipated, whichever
shall first occur.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband shall convey.
by quitclaim deed, all of his right, title and interest ;
in and to the marital home presently owned in common
between the parties. That said conveyance of Husband's
equity in the agreed sum of $8,000.00 shall be consid-
ered additional support to the Wife and as considera-
tion for the Wife's releasing, waiving and discharging
the Husband from all future claims of modification or
increased child support until the respective children
attain the age of 18 years or become self-supporting,
whichever shall first occur. That the Wife shall indem-
nify and hold harmless the Husband from ny and all
mortgage liability coverin the above-referenced premises.
