tion in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the Party of the Second Part, his heirs and
assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida des-
cribed as:
Lots 2, 5, 11 and 13, Block A; and Lots 1 and
3, Block B, HARMONY ESTATES, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 8, Page 38, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real -
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second Part,
his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever. ~

AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the ,
Party of the Second Part, his heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance the or-
ders of the above named Court and the laws of Florida have been fol-
lowed and complied with in all respects.
