of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated

premises and the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considera-
tion in hand paid, grants, bargains, .sells, aliens, remises, releases, ~
conveys and confirms to the Party of the Second Part, his heirs and ~
assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida des-
