AMENDMENT TO BY-LAWS of
Sea Palms Condominium Association, Inc.
The Board of Directors of Sea Palms Condominium Association, Inc.
upon receiving the written authorization and approval of 75$ of the
unit owners of Sea Palms Condominium Association, hereby amends article
III, paragraph A, as follows:
A. The annual meeting of members
on the-second Saturday of December of each year

The president is directed to take all necessary action to effectuate
said change.
This change amends the By-Laws of Sea Palms as recorded in O.R. Book
280, Page 2622, St. Lucie County Public Records.
