KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by John N. Mifaud and Nary S.
Mifaud, his wife dated July 22nd 19 71 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County., Florida, in p~ R. Book 194 on page
2516 ,securing the payment of the sum of Sixteen Thousand, Bight Hundred and no/180------__
--------------------------------------------------------------------Dollars ($6,800.00-------)
covering property in the County of 5t. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced byy said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit{laim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
subscribed in its corporate name by its Assistant Vice President
and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed this 29th day of November ' 19 79
